After registering as a patient in our patient portal, you'll receive instructions for completing your laboratory testing.

Yes. The Hormone Check-In includes the designated hormone lab panel and your personalized review with Tammy.

How is my appointment completed?

Your personalized review with Tammy Ryan, FNP-C is completed virtually. This will be pre-scheduled based on when you're able to go for bloodwork.

What happens after my results are reviewed?
