How It Works:
Payment is required to schedule your consultation
Once consultation payment is complete, you will receive an email from our team including your lab order with instructions to schedule your lab draw. (We will contact you to confirm if you would like to file your labs to insurance or pay our discounted patient pay rate)
Lab markers take approximately 2 weeks to results
You will meet with Tammy Ryan for your consultation, review lab results and get your customized testosterone prescription.
How It Works:
Payment is required to secure your appointment. Add the ‘Balanced Wellness Consultation’ to your cart and proceed to payment screen.
Once payment has been processed, you will receive a follow-up email and link to book your appointment with Tammy Ryan, FNP-C.
Once your Consultation is scheduled, you will receive a second follow-up email to complete New Patient documents and consents. To ensure we have time to review these documents before your appointment, please complete 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
