Tammy Ryan is passionate about helping her patients feel their best from the inside out. By working closely with each individual, she empowers her patients to achieve their optimal health goals through a personalized and comprehensive approach.

Born and raised in Hickory, North Carolina, Tammy began her career in Neurology Progressive and Intensive Care. After several years as an ICU nurse she felt called to transition her career to aesthetics and plastic surgery. As an RN injector for a reputable plastic surgeon in Charlotte, NC, Tammy also earned her aesthetician license to deepen her understanding of skin structure and anatomy.

With a strong foundation in both medicine and aesthetics, Tammy pursued her Master of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating in 2017 and earning AANP Board Certification later that year. She went on to work in an integrative and holistic private practice under a Functional Medicine Physician, where she provided direct primary care interwoven with traditional and holistic approaches.

Tammy’s diverse expertise includes integrative medicine, aesthetics, wellness, and anti-aging. She has completed extensive training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), functional medicine, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, PRP for facial rejuvenation and hair loss, microneedling, IV hydration, and weight loss strategies. Tammy is committed to staying at the forefront of medical advancements to provide superior care to her patients in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and beyond.

Tammy is a proud member of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International, and continues to bring wellness to her community through in-office and telemedicine services. When she’s not at the office, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, son, Timothy, and their chocolate lab, Birdie. You’ll often find them at the baseball field on weekends. Tammy’s mission is to inspire health, confidence, and vitality in every patient she serves.
